Replacement Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the seven days have passed. 2- To replace the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the shipping cost if he wants to replace the product, and replacement is not possible for international shipments. The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he specified, except for products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, or CDs or software programs that have been used. 3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered as intellectual property. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services. 6- If the contract involves purchasing software download products via the internet. 7- If the product is a cosmetic or dietary supplement. Returned orders that have not been received by the customer: The failure of the customer to receive the shipment sent by the shipping company does not constitute a shortcoming on the part of the store but rather a failure by the customer to follow up on his order. In the event of the return of the order and non-receipt by the customer, the customer has two options: 1- Resend the order, and the customer bears an additional fee of 25 SAR for resending the order. 2- Refund the amount, deducting the shipping fee plus an administrative fee of 35 SAR, and refunding the remaining amount if the conditions for replacement and return are not violated. 3- For international orders, the store bears additional fees due to non-receipt of the order, so additional fees will be calculated based on the cost incurred.
